Opt-In Process

Mentors consent to SMS booking notifications through the admin panel at redluxacademy.club/Admin. Each mentor explicitly checks the consent box below their phone number with the following text:

"By entering your phone number, you agree to receive SMS booking notifications from REDLUX Academy. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."

Consent Captured

  • Explicit checkbox confirmation required before phone number saves
  • Timestamp recorded at time of consent
  • SMS only sent to mentors with active consent

Message Disclosure

All SMS messages include: "Reply STOP to opt out." Message frequency varies based on booking demand. Message and data rates may apply.

Twilio Compliance Summary

All mentors opt in explicitly through the admin panel. Consent is timestamped and verified before any SMS is sent. This complies with Twilio's SMS guidelines.
